The main idea of this design is using minimal materials like black camposite tiles and termo woods for both buildings to be in a same style.
In designing the second villa we use some inclinde planes to be more similar to the old one but not in same way.these inclined planes just shape the exterior form of the smaller villa in its lower part of the second floor.
