The project realizes 4 units with dimensions between 36 and 46 square meters, each equipped with a double bedroom of minimum 14 square meters, living room with kitchenette and bathroom. Each unit also has at least one terrace, uncovered or porch-verandah.
The subdivision changes a little that of the technician, taking advantage of some areas previously dedicated to terraces, so as to allow a slight extension of the interior rooms (in particular, the bedrooms). A partial modification of some of the external openings is also envisaged, while an attempt has been made to maintain the position of the bathrooms as much as possible to avoid costly works to adjust the drains.
The position of the washer-dryer column is different depending on the space available: for two units it is in the hallway, in a niche in contact with the bathroom; for one it is directly in the bathroom and for the last (and smaller) in an aluminum niche (or masonry with minimum thickness) at the narrowest point of the terrace.
