About the design, there are some points I felt I needed you to consider. Firstly, in order to guarantee the safety of the building, I kept the bearing walls.

 Secondly, the floor plan is divided into 4 units, as you requested. Each unit has all the needed amenities such as:

• Entrance with closet for shoes and coats.
• Bathroom with shower, toilet, single bathroom vanity.
• Bedroom with closet(more than enough space for clothes and storage)
• Kitchen fully equipped with stove oven hood fridge sink
• Dining can be dually used for both preparation and dining
• Living room is created to insist on the open space plan. Therefore, this can be utilized for parties by simply changing the layout of the furniture.
• Extra space for closet which part of it can be used as laundry or all of it can be used as closet for clothes or storage.
• Terrace is another feature that exist in all units. In the design I tried to create a cozy corner to rest or relax alongside the flowers or any kind of other vegetation for more freshness.

All kitchens and bathrooms are located near the drain pipes to facilitate the access.

Furthermore, for better comprehension of the plan, I created a 3d floor plan to give you the opportunity to understand the space and plan fully.
